Pre-Competitive
The entry into year-round swimming. Stroke development across freestyle and backstroke, an introduction to butterfly and breaststroke, and the fundamentals of starts, turns, and racing.
Three natatoriums. Twenty-three years. One program — built for swimmers from their first racing strokes through senior-level competition.
About the program →What began as a satellite of Fort Wayne Aquatics has grown into one of Indiana's recognized year-round swim clubs — three training natatoriums, a deep coaching staff, and a roster that competes at the state level.
FORT's training groups are organized by age, ability, and commitment, with swimmers progressing through coaching tiers as they develop. Every group is led by professional staff with USA Swimming credentials.

The core of the program. Year-round training across all four strokes, IM technique, and Indiana Swimming meet competition. Tiered groups serve swimmers from regional times through AAA standards.
High school preparation through senior-level competition. Distance, sprint, and stroke specialization with the volume and intensity to compete at sectional and state championships.
FORT trains at three pools spanning Northwest Allen, Southwest Allen, and central Fort Wayne. Each natatorium hosts groups by age and proximity, keeping the program accessible to families across the region.
The original NACS pool — where the program began in 2002 as a satellite of Fort Wayne Aquatics. Continues to serve as a primary training site for senior and age group swimmers, and as the anchor of the team's northwest practice schedule.
A second training site supporting the team's southwest reach. Practice schedules are built around school-day programming and host both age group and developmental swimmers.
A third site that extends the team's footprint into central Fort Wayne, supporting elementary and middle school groups close to home and shortening the commute for families on the city's east and south sides.
